This functionality is available in
SE v5.0.0.191
DL v5.0.0.131
and up.

It is possible to profile the users's home directory or My Documents if one of the abovementioned backup clients is used.  In the profiling tab for the relevant group on the Console, specify the following folder to be included with a *.doc filter (for example):

%userhome%\My Documents

Note the backslash before My Documents.  This special variable %userhome% translates to the user's home folder.  On Windows that is C:\Documents and Settings\UserName (where UserName is the relevant Windows username).
